Add Cargo Request

Add a livestock shipment request directly from the platform. The request will be saved as approved and shown on the Cargo Requests board.

Tip:
Use this form when you receive a request by WhatsApp, email, phone, broker chat, or direct client communication.

1 Client details

This request will be stored as source: platform.

2 Route & shipment

You can enter exact dates or free text.
For now this form accepts PDF URL. File upload can be added later.

3 Livestock details

Values above 2000 kg will be ignored by backend validation.
Manual platform entries appear on the board immediately.
After submission, the cargo request will be added to the Cargo Requests board. You can edit or remove it later from Django Admin.
